Remuneration Committee

The Remuneration Committee has the following tasks:

1. supporting the Board of Directors in the development of the remuneration policy;
2. submitting proposals or expressing opinions on the remuneration of executive directors and other directors who hold specific responsibilities, as well as on the setting of performance objectives related to the variable component of this remuneration;
3. monitoring the actual application of the remuneration policy and verifying the effective achievement of the performance objectives;
4. periodically assessing the adequacy and overall consistency of the remuneration policy for directors and the top management.

The Remuneration Committee is formed as follows:
