Born in Milan, Italy on 1 June 1958, a graduate in Business Economics from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan on 17 March 1982. Between 1989 and 2000, managing director of Italcardano S.p.A. Since 2000, managing director of Omniafin S.p.A.; between 2004 and 2012, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Horatius SIM (now Horatius S.r.l.) and since January 2016 Chairman of Horatius S.r.l.; between 2012 and 2016 and from November 2018 to July 2019 director of the Board of Directors of Nextam partners SIM and between 2016 and Octorber 2018, of Nextam Partners SGR; since 2006, board director of Compagnie Monegasque de Banque. In 2000, he was founder and Chairman of Metis S.p.A. and as a result of the merger with Openjob, he has covered the office of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Openjobmetis S.p.A. since 2011. Since 15 January 2024 he is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Just On Business S.p.A. and Deine Group S.r.l..
Born in Chiusa di Pesio on 1 March 1950, he has a diploma in Accounting from Istituto Tecnico Commerciale O.F. Mossotti in Novara obtained in 1969. He started his professional career in 1971 in Latte Verbano S.p.A. of Novara as Head of Purchasing and Logistics; in 1989, he joined Kraft Jacobs Suchard as Director of Logistics Italy for dry products, and in 1997 he covered the role of Managing Director in L & D Logistica until 1999. After this experience, he started his career in the employment agency industry, contributing towards the creation of Openjob S.p.A., in which, since 2001, he has covered the role of Sales Director and – as of 13 November 2020 – the role of VicePresident. From January 2024 he covered the position of Vice President in Just On Business S.p.A..
Born in Varese on 16 May 1968, he obtained a diploma in electrical engineering from the Technical Institute of Gallarate. In 1997 he began his career in the world of Employment Agencies in Temporary S.p.A., opening his first agency under this sign in Varese. In 2001 he co-founded a new employment agency - Openjob S.p.A. - which obtained the rapid support of numerous entrepreneurs and investors. Between 2003 and 2011 he made Openjob grow rapidly with a series of acquisitions, including that of Metis S.p.A. In December 2015, he fulfilled his dream of listing the company on the Italian Stock Exchange, which in the meantime had become Openjobmetis S.p.A. He then continued along the path of growth through acquisitions by acquiring the Quanta S.p.A. employment agency in 2022. In January 2024 he became CEO of Just On Business S.p.A. following the acquisition of 100% of the company ownership. On 27 December 2008 he was appointed Cavaliere al Merito della Repubblica Italiana (Knight of Merit of the Italian Republic) and on 2 June 2018 he was awarded the honor of Ufficiale dell’Ordine al Merito della Repubblica Italiana. On 14 February 2013 he was appointed President of Assosomm, the Italian Association of Employment Agencies. The appointment is renewed in 2022 for the 3rd consecutive term. He is a member of the Board of Arbitrators of the Ex Alumni Association of the Liuc University of Castellanza. Since May 2018 he is Board Member of the Board of Directors of Green Arrow Capital SGR S.p.A.
Born in Milan on March 7, 1961, he graduated in Business Economics from Luigi Bocconi University of Milan in 1985. After a short experience at Kpmg, he moved to the current Banca Fideuram where he was responsible for relations with Institutional customers, in particular, for activities related to the market of foreign securities and exchange rates. In 1990, he joined the Indesit Company assuming the responsibility for the Export Finance sector and following, on behalf of the shareholder, several diversification projects including “Centro Energia”, together with partners such as Total and Foster Wheeler. As from 1999, he has been involved in the turnaround with a leading group of the private plant engineering sector, assuming the position of Managing Director of some foreign subsidiaries and contributing to the establishment of the Group SITI - B&T. Alessandro Esposti has been the CFO of Openjobmetis since 2007 and he fulfils the role of Investor Relator and Chief Officer in charge of writing financial reports since 3 december 2015.
Graduated in work and organizational psychology, she immediately began working for and with Human Resources: first in HR consultancy, dealing with career counseling projects, individual and group assessments and professional training (Project G1000), then in management consultancy ( The European House Ambrosetti) as head of the Ambrosetti Sviluppo and Leader of the Future service. In 2003 he entered the world of multinationals: a brief experience in Acco Brand as HR Manager then, in 2005, he joined the Air France KLM Group as HR Manager for KLM first and, in 2009, as HR Director for Air France and KLM Group Italia. As Head of the HR function she was responsible for managing both corporate reorganization and change management projects and activities more related to the corporate climate, performance management and talent management. Since 2020 she has been in Openjobmetis as an HR Consultant supporting the Personnel Management and has been responsible for managing Talent Attraction, Training and Staff Development projects and managing special projects such as Zenit and Business Campus.
Born in 1976, graduated in Social and Developmental Psychology from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan, she began her professional career in Openjobmetis (then Openjob) in 2002 in the branch, dedicating herself first to personnel research and selection, subsequently to consultancy and sale of services. Develops and implements modular projects aimed at the inclusion of Human Resources in client companies, up to covering the role of Area Manager. In 2011 she was entrusted with the leadership of the Large Clients Division, with responsibility for the commercial activities aimed at the acquisition and management of the company's Top Clients throughout Italy. Since 2013 he has been part of the Commercial Management, participating in the definition of strategies, objectives and actions for all the group's business lines, with constant oversight of the management and organizational activities of service delivery. Since January 2022 he has held the role of Commercial Director. He is also a board member of the Seltis Hub and Family Care companies which are part of the Openjobmetis Group.
