The aim of the Supervisory Body is to monitor the functioning and effectiveness of the Organisation, Management and Control Model and of the Code of Ethics adopted by the Company, as well as to update them.
Openjobmetis has decided to adopt an Organisation, Management and Control Model in order to develop and implement a governance system that adheres to high ethical standards and is able to constantly spread a control culture and greater awareness towards responsible and informed behaviour. The model was approved by the Board of Directors on 28 May 2012 and was subsequently updated. Its aim is to prevent the risk of committing the offences set forth in Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and is addressed – in addition to the Supervisory Body – to individuals holding relationships with Openjobmetis S.p.A.
Openjobmetis S.p.A. confirmed the Supervisory Body pursuant to Article 6 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/01 by Board resolution of 30/04/2021.
The Supervisory Body is currently composed of three members:
