Sales Agents

UNA Forza Vendite is the Vertical Line of the Permanent Placement Division, specialized in the search and selection service for figures linked to SALES.
With industry-specific experience and network, he deals with identifying, evaluating and selecting sales agents and commercial officials who can represent a company and sell a product/service on the market.


The search and selection process includes the following phases:


1. Analysis of business needs: a preliminary assessment is carried out to understand the requirements of the client company, the type of products or services to be sold, the geographical areas covered and the ideal characteristics of the candidate sought.


2. Definition of the agent's profile: The skills, previous experiences, network of contacts and commercial skills that the agent must possess to be suitable for the role are established. In this phase it is also assessed whether the company needs a single-firm agent (who works exclusively for a single company), a multi-firm agent (who can represent multiple companies), or a profile linked by a contractual relationship as an employee.


3. Research and scouting: The research activity takes place through proprietary databases, professional networking platforms (LinkedIn), and active scouting activities through sector-specific contacts and networks. Job advertisements capable of attracting the most qualified profiles are drawn up and published.


4. Evaluation and selection of candidates: The selected candidates are subjected to interviews and evaluation tests, which may include sales simulations, evaluation of soft skills, analysis of the contact network and knowledge of the reference market.


5. Presentation of the candidates to the company: The profiles deemed most suitable are presented to the company, accompanied by a report summarizing the characteristics and potential of each candidate.


6. Contractualization: After choosing the suitable candidate, we proceed to the contractualization phase, which may include the negotiation of commissions/incentive plan, bonuses and working conditions.


7. Follow-up and monitoring: Following the start of the collaboration, a follow-up service is provided to monitor the performance of the agent / salesperson over time and verify whether mutual expectations have been met.
