Openjobmetis is the number one operator of the sector listed on Euronext Milan of Borsa Italiana. It serves as a bridge linking companies that are looking for personnel with the resources who in turn are seeking employment, with the goal of optimally cross-referencing employment demand and supply.
Owing to its solid experience gained over the years, to its investments geared toward supporting growth and to the continuous innovation and personalisation of its customer services, Openjobmetis is one of the leading operators in the sector and boasts a turnover at year-end 2023 of about Euro 748,8 million.
Openjobmetis offers a wide range of services. In this way, the Group is able to meet all the needs of companies and to ensure "good" flexibility, namely the use of qualified personnel - in observance of the worker's rights and duties - and promptness in its supply.
In recent years, a specialization path has been undertaken thanks to which, today, Openjobmetis operates through different divisions: Agri-Food, I&CT, Healthcare, Techne and Big Clients. The latter includes, two business lines dedicated to Large-scale Retail Trade and Bank and Finance.

Openjobmetis S.p.A. has implemented and maintains a Quality Management System compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 Standard, relating to the activity of Employment Agencies: temporary and permanent contracts, personnel search and selection. All Openjobmetis branches for carrying out these activities are certified by the Certiquality certification body, with the exception of the branches in: Acireale and Gela.
