    International Recruitment was created to welcome, support, assist and train people from all over the world to join the Italian job market, particularly in the areas of nursing, IT and shipbuilding. The International Recruitment team makes good use of Openjobmetis' twenty years of experience in hiring professionals from abroad, an expertise that has allowed them over time to hire more than 2,000 nurses, mainly from Romania, Peru, Albania and India.

    Nurses International Recruitment has set itself the ambitious goal of providing for the significant lack of nurses in our country. The reason for wanting to create a new task force is illustrated by the dramatic data highlighted at the end of 2022 by the National Federation of Nursing Professions Orders (FNOPI) - there is a shortage of more than 65,000 nurses in Italy, with the greatest shortages in the North, followed by the South and Islands and the Centre. Through the Nurses International Recruitment Project, Openjobmetis has taken steps to set up numerous collaborations with international bodies and embassies in order to offer foreign professionals, mainly from non-EU countries (primarily Tunisia, but also Brazil, Peru, Albania - where numerous doctors have already been identified - and the Dominican Republic), the opportunity to carry out their duties in Italian organisations, guaranteeing them a job in professional and accredited healthcare institutions, as well as providing logistical support and accommodation, bureaucratic assistance and Italian language improvement courses, with particular reference to technical and specialist areas.
