UNA Forza Vendite is the Business Line of the Openjobmetis Permanent Placement Division, created to support companies in achieving their margin goals, dealing with:
- Search and selection of Agents, Commercial Officers, Middle / Top Commercial management
- Consultancy for the construction of sales networks
- Commercial training for sales networks, managers and entrepreneurs
With over 15 years of expertise in the search and selection of commercial profiles, especially Commercial Agents, we operate through a proprietary database of over 20,000 hp.
We interface with our clients through a consultative approach that allows us to understand the correct dynamics between the client companies and the freelancers that we encounter every day in our selection processes.
Our model is based on the following "distinctive features".
- We agree on the profile to be sought with the company after having analyzed together the reference market, the company management, the commercial strategy and its objectives
- We select candidates with individual interviews and present a shortlist only of subjects in line with the profile and interested in the offer
- We assist the company and the candidates until the collaboration agreement is signed and, if required, also during the induction period
- If requested, we also assist the company in drafting the agency mandate, in accordance with current legislation
- If required, we analyze business processes and structure a CR system accordingly
Where necessary, our training structure in the commercial area is available to companies for training sessions both in the classroom and fieldwork, with defined courses or to be designed in a targeted manner.
