What is the Targeted Law
The Targeted Law is an Active Policy measure financed through the Forma.Temp Fund.
It aims to promote the improvement of skills and knowledge of temporary workers in order to favor their employability and reintegration into the labor market.
The path is structured as follows:
- Orientation
- Balance of skills
- Training course
The interventions financed as part of this type of training aim at the acquisition of basic, transversal or specialized skills or specializations and are designed on the basis of the training needs of the specific worker as well as on the basis of the need to adapt the skills of the people to the requests of the sectors. work and the labor market.
Who are the recipients
To be eligible for the Targeted Right you must fall into one of the following categories:
a) Former temporary workers with 45 days of unemployment and at least 110 days of work in the last 12 months
b) Former workers at the end of the procedure in the absence of job opportunities
You can take advantage of the Targeted Right within 68 days from the expiry of the requirement and only once in the calendar year.
