International Sales Manager Cosmetics & Nutraceuticals

The company, an historical italian excellence now present across all the main markets in the world, is looking for the next generation of sales leadership: an International Sales Manager who, reporting directly to the GM, will plan the future commercial objectives and help to reach them by guiding a great team of sales professionals.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define the long-term commercial strategy in line with company objectives;
• Develop and coordinate various business models: a distribution network (especially abroad) and a sales team in Italy operating directly.
• Analyze the market to identify new business opportunities;
• Coordinate and motivate the sales team, setting clear and measurable goals;
• Support, train, and monitor the performance of the field sales team;
• Constantly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales;
• Prepare periodic reports for company management, featuring forecasts and future sales analyses;
• Manage the sales budget to ensure activities are conducted cost-effectively and profitably;
• Directly manage a portfolio of major strategic accounts;
• Attend industry trade shows, professional events, and client meetings.
