CRESCITA E UTILE IN NETTO MIGLIORAMENTO PER OPENJOBMETIS

Lo scorso 16 marzo 2017 il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Openjobmetis ha esaminato il Bilancio Consolidato e approvato il Progetto di Bilancio Separato al 31 dicembre 2016. L’esercizio 2016 chiude con un utile pari a €9,3 milioni, rispetto ad un utile di €4,5 milioni nell'esercizio precedente, con un incremento del 105,8%. Mentre l'EBITDA si attesta a €17,0 milioni rispetto a €14,9 milioni nel 2015 evidenziando un aumento del 13,7%.

“La chiusura del 2016 rappresenta un importante risultato dopo l'IPO - commenta l’Amministratore Delegato di Openjobmetis Rosario Rasizza -. L'apprezzabile trend di crescita dei ricavi dell’ultimo trimestre del 2016 è pari a circa il 17% rispetto allo stesso periodo del 2015. Questo andamento di crescita progressiva ci consentirà di esplorare nuovi settori nell'ambito del mercato del lavoro, fondamentali per la nostra strategia di sviluppo nei prossimi anni. La crescita del 2016 è, inoltre, un’ulteriore testimonianza della validità dei progetti che il Management sta portando avanti con entusiasmo, e che, sono certo, potranno dare ulteriori soddisfazioni a tutti gli stakeholders che hanno scommesso su di noi”.

 

GROWTH AND INCOME IMPROVEMENT FOR OPENJOBMETIS

On 16th March 2017, the Openjobmetis’ Board of Directors examined the Consolidated Financial Statements and approved the Separate Financial Statements for December 31st, 2016. The year 2016 closed with a profit of € 9.3 million, compared to a profit of € 4.5 million in the previous year, with a 105.8% increase. While EBITDA stood at € 17.0 million against € 14.9 million in 2015 showing an increase of 13.7%.

"The closing of 2016 is a major achievement after the IPO - says Openjobmetis’ CEO Rosario Rasizza -. The appreciable revenue growth trend of the last quarter of 2016 was approximately 17% compared to the same period in 2015. This continuous growth trend will allow us to explore new sectors of labour market that are central to our development strategy in the coming years. Furthermore, the growth in 2016 is a further proof of the projects’ viability our management is pursuing with enthusiasm, and I am sure these projects will give more satisfaction to all those stakeholders who have bet on us".

 

OPENJOBMETIS ALLA STAR CONFERENCE DI MILANO

Il 21 e 22 marzo 2017 le società del segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana si sono date appuntamento a Piazza Affari per una due giorni di one-to-one meeting e presentazioni plenarie. Il Management di Openjobmetis nel corso della sessione plenaria del 21 marzo, dopo aver analizzato il mercato di riferimento e la strategia del Gruppo ha illustrato i risultati ottenuti al 31 dicembre 2016 e ha raccontato i progetti per il futuro. Tra le novità, l’App per mobile Shakejob, realizzata da Openjobmetis che si propone di diventare un punto di riferimento veloce, agile e pratico per chi offre e ricerca lavoro per brevi periodi nel settore della ristorazione e la neonata Divisione Navale che vedrà l’azienda proporsi come partner delle aziende del settore.

“Siamo soddisfatti di questa due giorni di STAR Conference e dei 42 incontri one-to-one svolti che consolidano l’interesse degli investitori e il reciproco rapporto di fiducia” - ha così commentato il CFO e Investor Relator Alessandro Esposti.

 

OPENJOBMETIS AT THE "STAR CONFERENCE" IN MILAN

On 21st and 22nd March 2017, the companies of the Italian Stock Exchange STAR segment met in Piazza Affari for a two-days of one-to-one meetings and plenary presentations. During the plenary session on March 21st, the Openjobmetis’ Management analysed the target market and the Group's strategy and shew the results achieved at 31st December, 2016 and presented the future plans. Among the news, the mobile App Shakejob, created by Openjobmetis and targeted at the restaurant business, in order to become a point of fast, smart and handy reference for those who offer and search for a job for short periods, and the newly formed Naval Division, that will see the company itself as a partner for shipbuilding industries.

“We are pleased with these two days of STAR Conference and 42 one-to-one meetings held cause it’s a way to consolidate investors’ interest and the mutual trust.” - commented Openjobmetis’ CFO and Investor Relations Officer Alessandro Esposti.

 

VARATA LA NUOVA DIVISIONE NAVALE

Openjobmetis è orgogliosa di annunciare la nascita della sua nuova Divisione Navale. Tale specializzazione nasce dalla rilevazione di quanto il comparto navale sia in ripresa nel nostro Paese e, in conseguenza di ciò, di quanta possibilità di sviluppo è stata ravvisata in un comparto verso il quale siamo ora in grado di rivolgerci con competenza specialistica per la ricerca e la selezione di figure professionali particolarmente ricercate nella cantieristica quali, per esempio, ingegneri navali, falegnami, copertisti e siliconatori.
Le filiali inizialmente coinvolte sono quelle di Lucca, Genova e La Spezia, quest’ultima sarà anche il quartier generale della Divisione che sarà guidata dal Responsabile Commerciale Marco Del Lucchese.

“Abbiamo deciso di creare una divisione specializzata in ambito navale perché questo settore ha bisogno di competenze altamente specializzate e riteniamo che la nostra lunga esperienza possa costituire un valido punto di riferimento - spiega Rosario Rasizza, Amministratore Delegato di Openjobmetis -. Dal 2015 il comparto sta registrando una netta ripresa e Openjobmetis vuole affiancare i protagonisti di questo mercato fornendo personale preparato, soluzioni studiate sulla base delle singole esigenze e una consulenza strutturata”.

 

LAUNCHED THE NEW NAVAL DIVISION

Openjobmetis is proud to announce the birth of its new Naval Division. Such specialization stems from the recognition of how this sector is highly recovering in our country, and of the chances in business development related to it. We are now able to address, with specialized competences, qualified personnel selection research in the shipbuilding industry e.g. naval engineers, carpenters, deck operators and silicone operators.
The branches involved are those of Lucca, Genoa and La Spezia. The latter will be also the headquarters of the Naval Division, and will be led by the Sales Manager Marco Del Lucchese.
