Aggiornamenti sull'azionariato di Openjobmetis

A seguito della cessione da parte di Wise, avvenuta in data 8 giugno u.s., di un ulteriore 2,42% del capitale sociale di Openjobmetis (pari a 331.960 azioni) tramite funzione Block Trade Facility (BTF), Wise ha ulteriormente ridotto la sua partecipazione al 2,55% del capitale (pari a n. 350.000 azioni ordinarie).

Updates on the Openjobmetis' shareholder

On 8th June 2017, because of the sale of Wise's shares of a further 2,42% of Openjobmetis's stock, (equal to 331,960 shares) through a Block Trade Facility (BTF) facility, Wise further reduced its stake to 2.55% of the share capital (equil to 350,000 ordinary shares).

Divisione Family Care: la ricerca di badanti ora passa anche dalle farmacie di Milano

Nel mese di giugno è stata attivata la partnership tra Openjobmetis e Federfarma delle province di Milano, Lodi e Monza-Brianza dedicata alle famiglie in cerca di badanti e assistenti familiari. Il progetto, dopo il successo registrato nella provincia di Varese, si estende ora alle province di Milano, Lodi e Monza-Brianza. Le farmacie – in qualità di primo presidio sanitario sul territorio – rappresentano per la cittadinanza, e per le famiglie, un punto di riferimento capillare e di fiducia quando si parla di salute. Da questo concetto è partita la collaborazione con la Divisione Family Care di Openjobmetis che attesta anche la qualità e serietà del servizio di assistenza offerto alle famiglie. Rosario Rasizza, AD di Openjobmetis ha così commentato l’iniziativa: “Scegliere la Divisione Family Care significa avere un supporto a 360°, che va dallo studio di una soluzione personalizzata per assistere il familiare, alla completa intermediazione dal punto di vista burocratico. Le farmacie rappresentano l’ambiente perfetto per veicolare questo tipo di assistenza, ringraziamo Federfarma per averci dato l’opportunità di mettere a punto un progetto di questo tipo, che vorremmo estendere anche ad altre province e regioni italiane”.

 

Family Care Division: the search for carers also goes to the pharmacies in Milan area

In June, the partnership between Openjobmetis and Federfarma of Milan, Lodi and Monza-Brianza was launched and it is dedicated to families looking family carers. The project, after its success in the area of Varese, now is extended to the provinces of Milan, Lodi and Monza-Brianza. Pharmacies - as the first health care center in the area - represent for citizenship and for families, a capillary and trustworthy point of reference in terms of health issues. This concept was the starting point of the collaboration with the Family Care Division of Openjobmetis, which also attests to the quality and reliability of the family support service offered. Rosario Rasizza, Openjobmetis’ CEO commented on the initiative: "Choosing the Family Care Division means having a 360° support, from the study of a personalized solution to assist the family member, to the complete intermediation for the bureaucratic requests. Pharmacies represent the perfect environment to deliver this kind of assistance, we thank Federfarma for giving us the opportunity to develop such a project, which we would like to extend to other Italian areas as well."

 

Attiviamo lavoro: un convegno per celebrare 20 anni di somministrazione

Si è tenuto a Roma, lo scorso 27 giugno, presso la sede Inapp, un convegno ideato e organizzato da Assosomm e The European House Ambrosetti allo scopo di celebrare una significativa ricorrenza per tutto il settore, ovvero i primi vent’anni della somministrazione in Italia a partire dal varo del Pacchetto Treu. Tra i relatori, oltre a Rosario Rasizza in qualità di Presidente dell’Associazione, Stefano Sacchi, Presidente Inapp, Sandrine Cazes, Principal Administrator OECD, Tiziano Treu, Presidente CNEL, Jole Vernola, Direttore generale Confcommercio – Imprese per l’Italia, Carmelo Barbagallo, Segretario Generale UIL, Susanna Camusso, Segretario Generale CGIL, Gianluigi Petteni, Segretario Generale CISL. I professori Sacchi e Treu, inoltre, hanno realizzato uno studio ad hoc in grado di tracciare il percorso storico del lavoro temporaneo in Italia e di dare prospettive di sviluppo futuro. Ha moderato il dibattito Antonio Polito, Vice Direttore del Corriere della Sera. A chiudere i lavori la prestigiosa presenza del Ministro del Lavoro, Giuliano Poletti.

Activating job: a convention to celebrate 20 years of job administration

On 27th June, at the Inapp headquarters in Rome, it was held a meeting organized by Assosomm Association and The European House Ambrosetti to celebrate a significant recurrence for the whole sector, i.e. the first twenty years of job administration in Italy, starting with the launch of the Treu Package. Among the speakers, Rosario Rasizza as President of Assosomm Association, Stefano Sacchi - President of Inapp, Sandrine Cazes - OECD Principal Administrator, Tiziano Treu - CNEL Chairman, Jole Vernola - CEO of Confcommercio - Imprese per l'Italia, Carmelo Barbagallo - Secretary General of UIL, Susanna Camusso - Secretary General of CGIL and, Gianluigi Petteni - Secretary General of CISL. Furthermore, Professors Sacchi and Treu have carried out a specific study that traces the historical path of temporary work in Italy and gives prospects for future development. Antonio Polito - Deputy Director of Corriere della Sera Journal, moderated the debate. In closing, the prestigious presence of the Minister of Labor, Giuliano Poletti.
